Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the construction or service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction processes (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media management
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Sales:
    • Identify and research potential clients and projects 
    • Cold call and email prospects to introduce our services 
    • Attend local business events and trade shows to network and generate leads 
    • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals 
    • Help with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Client Relationship Management: 
    • Develop and manage our business management systems 
    • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities 
    • Handle initial client inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members
  • Marketing Support: 
    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies 
    • Manage our social media presence and create engaging content 
    • Help design and distribute marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures) 
    • Update and maintain our company website
